South Main Street, on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a Re-Zoning Request from Lake Gaston Propco Holdings, LLC for the property located at North Mosby Avenue and Spring Street (parcel #0704825) owned by Watson Timber Co. to Commercial from Residential Subdivision.
